Selling your family possessions can be a traumatic experience, whether it is because of the death of a loved one, the need to enter a health care facility, to "down-size", or simply to move to a warmer climate, this experience is a life challenging event. We are here to help during this time of transition. We have two options available to help you achieve your goals to liquidate you family's possessions. These options include a Buy-Out or an Estate Sale.

If you have a house full of items or a single item for sale, we will come to your home for a professional evaluation. Our long time experiences in buying estates have given us the ability to evaluate all of your items and provide you with the largest possible monetary value for them. Your Estate contents can be removed and home cleaned within one day. For large estates it may take two to three days.Many clients prefer the "Buy-Out" option because it may be more profitable and because of the short duration for the clean out compared to holding a full on- site "Estate Sale". Estate Sales may last up to two weeks or more with set-up and selling. The Buy-Out option is always popular with out of town siblings who may be managing a parent's personal needs and only have a short period before returning to home and to work. Other clients may not want strangers in their home and prefer the Buy-Out option.
If you need a complete clean out, including all the trash, to sell your home on the real estate market, or for any other reason, we will provide one for you.
Please do not throw away anything prior to our initial visit. With our extensive experience we recognize when some one's trash can be another person's treasure. Often times the items someone thinks have the least value turn out to have the most value.
Remove personal items that you plan on keeping and either place them in a separate room or tag them so that they are not included in the Buy-Out offer.

During consultation we analyze your sale items and discuss the options of setup. We also look for high value items and make decisions on what avenues to utilize for the highest money returns.======================================
- Appraisal Services
We have acquired thirty five years of experience in buying antiques and will apply that knowledge to appraise your prized possessions.
We appraise antiques and collectibles from one item to large collections. No collection is to small or to large. We have appraised single antique items in private homes to large elaborate collections donated to museums.
Our cost is seventy five dollars for the initial meeting and for each additional hour there after. For large collections charges are adjusted. Most appraisals last less than one hour.
